The accommodation is located in the center (limited traffic zone) in ZTL, close to all the main places of interest, ideal for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Vicenza staying in the most beautiful and elegant district of the city!

BASEMENT FLOOR:
- BEDROOM with two single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower and toilet;

FIRST LEVEL:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- SMALL PATIO with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes stand, clothes dryer, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no bidet.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 2, for the first 5 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

We are in the historic center of Vicenza, which is a place waiting to be discovered: with the Palladian Basilica, the Olympic Theater, the churches, the traditional taverns and many enchanting views between the river and the parks.

The central area in the Piazza is full of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The apartment is located in the ZTL area and the private parking Park Canove is 550 m away.
