Spacious and modern apartment of about 128sqm on three levels, located in a historic building, can accommodate up to 4 people! The apartment is located in a strategic position as in a few minutes walk you can reach the main tourist attractions, such as: the City Walls, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and Rocca degli Alberi.

If you are traveling by car, you can park for free on site, the property has two parking spaces in the open.

The apartment of about 128sqm on three levels does NOT have a lift.

FIRST FLOOR:
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
-LIVING ROOM with two sofas, TV, dining table with chairs;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various wine utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- WAREHOUSE;

SECOND FLOOR:
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bathroom;
-BATHROOM in the room with shower, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, soundproofing windows, hot water, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer.

ATTENTION: The accommodation is on three levels. There is a staircase inside the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: It is possible to request a high chair and cot for a child on request.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the rates of stay to the town of Montagnana equal to 1.50€.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

-The Montagnana train station 450 meters (4 minutes on foot) from the apartment;

-It is possible to park for free on site. The property has two open parking spaces.
