Villa Bellini & Stadio Comfy Apartment

Functional 36 sqm apartment, ideal for up to 3 people. Located in one of the most beautiful and lively areas of the city, the apartment offers a welcoming and practical environment, perfect for a couple or a small family. Its proximity to Villa Bellini allows for peaceful walks in greenery, while the center of Catania, rich in history and culture, is easily accessible. An excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of Catania.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, Smart TV, and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed and TV;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BATHROOM II with washing machine, WC, and a small sink.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning through split (a single split in the living room), a fan, first aid kit, carbon monoxide and smoke detector, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

NOTE: There is a step to access the shower in bathroom I.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the Tourist Tax via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
