Spacious two-level apartment located in a shared villa, which accommodates up to 8 people comfortably in 180 sqm, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It boasts every comfort, including a private garden with patio, equipped with barbecue, and two terraces, one of which offers a wonderful panoramic view of Perugia. It is located in a very green residential neighborhood, not far from the center but at the same time in a quiet area where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. Parking included!

The 180 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of a shared villa and is divided into two levels: please note the presence of an internal staircase to reach the upper level and 6 steps at the entrance.

The internal space is structured as follows.

- Eat-in kitchen with dining table, TV and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka and microwave
- Large living room with sofas, dining table and access to the first terrace, equipped with table and chairs
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Bedroom II with double sofa bed, TV and desk
- Toilet II with wc, bidet and bathtub
- Garden with patio, equipped with barbecue, chairs and deckchairs.

*** FIRST FLOOR ***
- Bedroom III with double bed, little wardrobe and split A/C
- Study with desk
- Bedroom IV with double sofa bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Toilet III with wc and bidet
- Second unequipped terrace.

Two parking spaces are available outside the gate and two along the access road to the apartment, shared with the other apartment in the villa.

Additional services available to guests: heating, drying rack, fans, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).

Other things to know:
- NO AIR CONDITIONING and NO WIFI
- The fireplaces are not working
- The hoven is NOT usable
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).
The apartment is located in a green and very quiet residential neighborhood, well connected to other areas of the city thanks to the G line bus stop, reachable in a few steps, which takes you to the historic center in about 30 minutes. It is also just a 15-minute drive from the airport. Essential services such as bars, pharmacies and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car (about 2 km).

- From Perugia airport, the most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi or car (15 minutes).

- From Perugia train station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line G to the "V. Pallotta" stop, a 20-minute walk from the accommodation (1.6 km).

- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Two parking spaces are available outside the gate and two along the access road to the apartment, shared with the other apartment in the villa.
