Wonderful villa divided into two apartments with independent access, which accommodates up to 8 people and is equipped with a large garden with barbecue and two patios equipped for moments of relax. The villa is located inside the Villaggio Santa Lucia, a residential complex with a shared swimming pool a stone's throw from the beaches of the Costa Merlata. The center of Ostuni is just 10 minutes away by car, while in a short time you can also reach the other unmissable places in the region.

The 115 m2 villa has an independent entrance and a large garden with barbecue and two patios, one front and one rear, both equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs.

The internal space is divided into two parts, as follows.

- Living room with dining table, sofa, split AC and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed and wardrobe

ATTENTION: The village swimming pool is open from 1/07 to 31/08 from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm.

Additional facilities available to guests: parking inside the residence, UNLIMITED WIFI, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be charged in cash, for the first 5 nights, as provided by the municipality of Ostuni.

The Santa Lucia Village is located in the wonderful Marina di Ostuni, a 20 km long stretch of coast that overlooks a clear sea and is made up of long beaches, sandy coves and low cliffs. The coast also includes Torre San Leonardo, a nature reserve rich in natural habitats, archaeological sites such as the Via Traiana, and farms. Also very close is the protected marine area of ​​Torre Guaceto and the bed of the Morelli River, an area about 2 km long located near the beach, with crystal clear sea and seabed that gradually becomes deep. The center of Ostuni, with all the essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies, is a 10-minute drive away.

The Village can be reached by car and has internal parking suitable for all cars.
