The apartment is located a few steps from the center of Vicenza. Convenient for visiting the Olympic Theater and the Querini Park. Pharmacies, supermarkets, bars are located near the apartment.
Bus stop in front of the house to get to Vicenza Center in 5 minutes.

PAY ATTENTION: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed, split A / C, TV and chest of drawers;
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, small freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, moka, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table with chairs, dishwasher, split A / C, goblets of wine;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair, TV, desk with chair, with access to the garden and fireplace NOT usable;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet, wc;
- GARDEN with table and chairs;

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot water, heating, hairdryer, clothesline, clothes stand.

NB: PET-FRIENDLY Apartment, pets are allowed with an extra charge of EUR 40 for deep cleaning.
The apartment has 2 outdoor parking spaces.

The apartment is located on a main road, quite busy. The frontal green garden is a filter between the city traffic and the building. The bedroom is on the rear court yard which is a private calm space.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

SHOULD EARLY CHECK-IN NOT BE AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STORE YOUR LUGGAGE AND COLLECT THE KEYS FROM 11 AM AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS DONE.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

The apartment is located in the San Bortolo district. It is a very large district of Vicenza, all the more so if associated with the Italy district, which is substantially united to it. The name derives from the entrance door of the city built by the Republic of Venice in the 15th century, precisely San Bartolomeo, also called Bortolamio or Bortolo. Outside the city gates there was all the countryside up to Caldogno. Then the road to Sant’Antonino was built, dedicated to Sant’Antonio but with a diminutive because the statue was small. Today the neighborhood is residential, home to the hospital of the same name, and is characterized by streets bearing military names. Between these two streets there was a large area - between the current streets Guglielmo Pepe and Mentana - called "piazza d'armi", where infantry and cavalry troops were exercised during the First World War. In this area, purchased by the Municipality, the "Chinotto" barracks were built at the beginning of the twentieth century; an ammunition depot was also built in the Sant’Antonino area, the "Polveriera militare", of which one street retains the name. The airport was born by the will of the province and the municipality in 1921 in the area of ​​the parade ground, with the construction of a grass runway of 500 meters, to allow the newly established Aeroclub to operate.
