Studio apartment with large panoramic balcony able to accommodate up to two people. Located on the third floor of a building, with 6 floors in total, with lift (not suitable for disabled people), in the center a few steps from the MM Manzoni stop (2 minutes walk) and Vittorio Emanuele (5 minutes away minutes on foot).

It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the International Car Service (1 minute walk).

The internal space is organized as follows:

KITCHEN CORNER: two induction hobs, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, moka, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils.

SLEEPING AREA: double bed (1.60x1.90 m), smart TV and dining area. Split AC with heat pump function.

BATHROOM: shower cubicle, toilet and hand shower, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

BALCONY: umbrella, a bench, two chairs and a table.

NB: the renovation works on the building are complete. There are NO noises but the common spaces, such as the entrance hall of the building, may not be in optimal conditions.

-From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express service to Rome Termini Station and here it is possible to take the subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by bus shuttle service to Rome Termini Station and here it is possible to take the subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

-From Rome Termini Train Station you can reach the apartment by subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the International Car Service (1 minute away on foot). The apartment outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
