The 75 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:

Castel Sant'Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino, the highest point of the city, can be reached on foot in just over 10 minutes, and near the apartment we also find the panoramic roads of Via Palizzi and Via Aniello Falcone (place of the Neapolitan nightlife), with breathtaking views and views. The DIANA theater, a few meters from the accommodation, is a cultural venue with international performances. The annexed Via Scarlatti (pedestrian area) is a must for lovers of shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlors and American bars. - For those traveling by car, pay attention: even if the flat is outside the ZTL, the nearby Via Alessandro Scarlatti and a piece of Via Luca Giordano are within the ZTL. Street parking must be paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park at Cimarosa Park, 15 meters from the apartment.
