The accommodation is located in a strategic area, served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The accommodation is located in Montesilvano, 7.3 km from Pescara Central Station. The first beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, small TV, access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM 2 with bunk bed (2 singles), desk with chair, access to balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, table and chairs, access to the balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, split A/C, access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE equipped with wooden table with chairs, washing machine.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.
