The 100m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT a lift in the heart of Argegno, in the village square, a 2-minute walk from the Lido (for a fee) with a small beach and swimming pool!
The accommodation has a terrace overlooking the lake and a garage with a parking space: these pluses are almost to be found elsewhere in the area!
All the main services are available in the apartment to guarantee you a comfortable stay in one of the most delightful villages on the Lario!
The apartment consists of:
-LOWER LEVEL with sitting area with relaxation area (sofa and Smart TV), double bedroom, bedroom with a single bed and a second pull-out single bed and balcony. Lake view from the bedrooms. Bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle. This level does NOT have AC. The bedrooms are equipped with portable fans.
-UPPER LEVEL (reachable via an internal staircase) with open space attic with split AC divided into kitchen, sitting area, service bathroom (with toilet and sink) and access to the terrace of 18 mq with outdoor furniture with lake view! The open kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, traditional oven.
Further services available to guests: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, clothesline and hairdryer.
The property has an on-site garage available to guests for one parking space. We point out that maneuvering space in the garage is not easy.
SIZE of the garage: 2.5 meters wide, 5.50 meters deep and 2.3 meters high

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The payment of the tourist tax is expected from 1/4 to 31/10 for the first 14 days. The amount is 1.00 Euros per day per person. For children under 7 years of age the amount is free.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from 15 October to 15 April.
