Cozy and bright apartment of approximately 45sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building without a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The apartment is located just 600 meters from the "Crocetta" metro stop (M3 - yellow line) direct to Piazza Duomo in just 2 stops, the accommodation boasts a highly strategic position.
The property consists of two levels with an open kitchen, two double beds and a bathroom.

The interior space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LOWER LEVEL with open kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses) and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed and desk on the lower level and UPPER LEVEL with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM inside the BEDROOM on the lower level with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, autonomous heating with Perry thermostat, split air conditioning (in the mezzanine bedroom), hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them.

ATTENTION. There is an internal staircase between the living room and the mezzanine bedroom (please pay attention if you are traveling with small children).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

In the immediate vicinity there is no shortage of places serving Italian and ethnic cuisine, as well as the Carrefour Express supermarket on Via Pier Lombardo just a few minutes from home! During the summer, a break at the "Bagni Misteriosi", one of the most popular luxury outdoor swimming pools in Milan, is a must! The M3 metro from Crocetta takes you directly to Piazza Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone in less than 10 minutes.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Blue metro line (M4), just 11 minutes walk from the airport, and getting off at the "Tricolore" stop. From here, you can walk to the "Piazza Tricolore" stop to take tram no. 9 and get off at the "Viale Monte Nero Via Pier Lombardo" stop, just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to the "Milano Bovisa" stop and then take the regional train and get off at the "Repubblica" stop. From here, you need to take the yellow metro line (M3) and get off at the "Crocetta" stop, just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the yellow metro line (M3) to the "Crocetta" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Maffei, in Via Andrea Maffei 19, an 11-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours.
