The apartment is located at the Green Residence in Desenzano: it is a complex of about 800 units with two swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar, a picnic area, children's playgrounds and an entertainment programme.
The house is only 250m far from "La Zattera" beach where there is the chance of enjoying an aperitif at the lake beach bar: please note that swimming in that beach of Garda lake is not allowed.
Possibility of paid parking (12€ per day) in front of the Residence.
The approximately 50m2 apartment with a small private outdoor patio is located on the ground floor of one of the small buildings of the Green Residence in Desenzano.
Please note: there are steps at the Reception of the Residence, where it is necessary to go to check-in (collection of the keys and the Residence access Card).
Internally the apartment is composed of:
- LIVING ROOM with relaxation area with sofa bed and Smart TV and open kitchen with gas hob, traditional oven, microwave, kettle. Split AC.
-BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe, split AC
-BATHROOM with bidet and shower cubicle.
-PRIVATE OUTDOOR PATIO with chairs and table and awning
Further services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine.
The residence where the apartment is located offers a variety of activities including: water aerobics (daily activity) and cinema (cartoon on Tuesday and family cinema on Friday.
On-site tournaments of ping pong, table football, soccer, cards.
THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENCE: ALL SERVICES SUCH AS SWIMMING POOL, RESTAURANTS, PICNIC AREAS... ARE SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS. THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER, FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM
ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCE IS ALLOWED THROUGH A CARD THAT CAN BE COLLECTED AT THE RECEPTION AT THE ENTRANCE. IN CASE OF LOSS OF THE CARD, A PENALTY OF €50 WILL BE CHARGED

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The payment of the tourist tax is expected for the first 14 days. The amount is 2.00 Euros per day per person. For children under 14 years of age the amount is free.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from 15 October to 15 April.
N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment
