The apartment is part of the residential complex "Residence Monte Maiore" and is situated in a quiet position surrounded by a shared garden. Private covered parking near the restaurant "La Loggia", inside the complex. Beaches of Marinella and Porto Rotondo 3km far!
The 50sqm apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift, with partial sea view from the entrance. The space consists of an entrance hall with a living room with a queen sofa bed and a balcony equipped with a small table and 2 outdoor chairs. Kitchenette with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle and moka. Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and small balcony. Toilet with bidet and shower box. Additional services available to the guests: TV, "Penguin" -powerful portable air conditioner-, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights is not included in the rate and will be collected upon arrival, in cash.

Porto Rotondo is a wonderful seaside resort in northern Sardinia close to Costa Smeralda and famous for its internationally renowned Yacht Club, nightclubs and trendy restaurants including the "Tartarughino" and "La Rosa dei Venti". In the evening it is very pleasant to walk through the streets of the center (pedestrian area) and enjoy the tasty ice cream parlors, the elegant boutiques or the aperitif and evening venues. During the day you can reach the beaches of Ira, Punta Volpe, Sassi, Algae and Hruska with their crystal clear turquoise waters and even reachable by a city mini-bus "beach service"! The location of the village is exceptional: a few km from Olbia Isola Bianca (Porto) and Olbia Costa Smeralda (Airport) and base to explore the beaches of the Costa Smeralda, Palau, La Maddalena and its archipelago and (if you have a lot of desire to drive!) also the beautiful areas of Castelsardo / Stintino in the West and Tavolara, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo and San Teodoro in south-east!
