The 18m2 studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant Milanese building. Please note: the building has an elevator (5 steps to reach it) which operates up to the fourth floor of the building. To reach the apartment (located on the fifth floor) it is necessary to walk up the last 2 flights of stairs.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
