Just a short distance from the famous market and the station, with a view of the Basilica of San Lorenzo. The main attractions are easily accessible on foot. The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a dining table and a single bed;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed;
- BATHROOM with a raised shower, sink, and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is strategically located in the Medicean district of San Lorenzo, the beating heart of Florence, nestled between Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo Square. Just a short walk away, you'll find the Accademia Gallery, famous for Michelangelo's David, the historic San Lorenzo Basilica, consecrated in 393 by Saint Ambrose and known as the city's oldest church, and the imposing Medici Chapels. The Fortezza da Basso convention center, home to Pitti and other important fairs, is easily reachable on foot, as are all the city's main monuments and museums. Be sure not to miss Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Gardens, the Uffizi Museum, and Santa Maria Novella Basilica, all of which are significant historical and artistic attractions. Additionally, the area is rich in restaurants and trattorias where you can savor delicious traditional Florentine and Tuscan dishes.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport you can easily reach the apartment in about 30 minutes by T2 line to "Unità" stop, 650m away from the house.

-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment by foot in about 10 minutes.

If you're travelling by car, we inform you that the apartment is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, so please pay attention to the accesses.
It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Garage Sant'Orsola autoservizi, just 210m away by foot.
