Industrial Chic Apartment in the city center

The apartment is located in the historic center in Oltrarno, very famous district of Santo Spirito.
The square of Santo Spirito is a 1 minute walk away and is one of the most typical and lively squares in Florence. Many restaurants and shops of all kinds, wine bars, craft shops and art studios overlook the square and the crossbars.
Every morning there is a market with typical products.
A few steps away, Via Maggio and Via dei Serragli are well known for the various high-level antique shops.

The apartment is on the ground floor, located on two levels that divides the living area and the sleeping area.
Not particularly suitable for children, as there is an internal spiral staircase and some steps to access the kitchen.
Antique stable, a mix of antique fixtures with modern furniture that recalls the industrial chic style.

In 28 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 3 people. One and a half bedroom on the upper floor, on the mezzanine.

Bathroom located on the ground floor, with shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

Other services available include air conditioning, free wifi, iron, washing machine and clothesline.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

You don't need to take buses, but just walk to the center from my flat. Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio e Boboli are the main important places to visit when you are in Florence and you can get them in 10-15 minutes from the house. The best is also the area for the passionated who like artisans and young designers. Many shops where you can get new ideas or a nice gift. If you don't like to be a simple tourist I really suggest to get your place in this area and live a real florentine experience!
There are many places where you can eat italian and tuscany food, for cheapest price than around the dom. We really suggest to taste wine and food in this area. During the night you can find many places where is live music!

How to reach us:
-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it is possible to reach the flat as follows: Line T2 from the Airport to the Santa Maria Novella railway station where it is possible to take the C4 line with the final stop "Sant'Agostino", at 2 minute walk away from the apartment.
-From Santa Maria Novella Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by the C4 line with the final stop "Sant'Agostino", which is a 2 minute walk from the flat.

The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone. It is possible to park for a fee, just 140 meters away, at Garage Fosi, in via Borgo Tegolaio, 72/R. A little more than 10 minutes walk away is the Porta Romana Garage, a cheaper option.
