La Casa Blue a step from the sea! Parking space

Cozy family villa perfect for 4 people, simply furnished and equipped with all comforts, with two bedrooms and a terrace from which you can see the sea. The accommodation is located in a quiet residence, just a 5-minute walk from the famous capitoli beaches and the seafront full of bars and restaurants. The location is also convenient for reaching the center of Monopoli by car (15 minutes) and other unmissable places such as Fasano, Locorotondo and Alberobello. Parking space included!

ATTENTION. The 50 mq villa is located inside the Macchia di Mare Village: it is forbidden to organize parties and it is mandatory to respect the times of silence at night.

There are 9 steps to access the villa.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle and traditional oven;
- Living area with dining table, sofa, TV, ceiling fan and split A/C
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan
- Bedroom II with two single bunk beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- 10 mq terrace equipped with table and chairs, deck chairs and outdoor shower

Allocated uncovered parking space available, 300 meters from the house.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, second outdoor shower on the internal veranda with hot water, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Monopoli Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The apartment is located in the Chapter district of Monopoli, just 5 minutes walk from the sea. But Chapter is not only a seaside destination: in addition to the beautiful beaches, there are several restaurants where you can eat the unmissable specialties of the area, and numerous clubs for nightlife. The historic center of Monopoli can be reached in 15 minutes by car or by bus line 6 arriving at Monopoli station. The location is also ideal for reaching the most beautiful and characteristic places in Puglia: we are in fact just a few minutes' drive from the splendid Fasano and its Zoo Safari, and less than half an hour's drive from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellana Grotte and Martina Franca. Essential services such as supermarket and pharmacy are 5 minutes away by car, the first bar within 500 meters.

The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by car. An assigned uncovered parking space is available, 300 meters from the house. Free parking spaces are also available within the residence 600 meters from the house (NOT assigned, therefore not guaranteed). Street parking outside the village is paid on blue lines.
