Bright and modern apartment of about 95 square meters, which can accommodate up to 6 people, organized on two levels, located on the second and third floor of a recently built structure WITHOUT lift. The apartment, with a modern and refined design, is located in a strategic and extremely quiet area, convenient for the motorway exit.
The accommodation represents the perfect solution to reach La Spezia (12 km) or the wonderful beaches of Lerici (12 km).

The inside is organized as follows:
-> LOWER LEVEL:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge with freezer, espresso coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, blender, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed, TV and access to the two balconies;
- TWO BALCONIES (one with a small table and chairs);
- BATHROOM I with hydromassage bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

-> UPPER LEVEL (internal stairs):
- BEDROOM I with double bed, armchair and clothes rack;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, chair and clothes rack;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, Netflix, independent underfloor heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. NO A/C, however, the underfloor cooling function is present.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Shared outdoor spaces, equipped with playground for children and greenery.

OTHER INFORMATION: children are welcome in our property; however, please, pay attention to the presence of a flight of stairs between the two floors of the apartment.

The entire flat is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment.

The apartment is located in a newly built residential area in Santo Stefano di Magra, a town a few kilometers from La Spezia. For shopping lovers, near the property it is possible to find a Decathlon store and La Fabbrica Shopping Center, with a hypermarket, several shops and restaurants. Furthermore, in a few minutes by car, it is possible to reach Ponzano Superiore, the main hamlet of Santo Stefano, located on a hillock, which features some attractions of great historical and artistic interest. Among these, it is worth mentioning the beautiful Pieve di San Michele Arcangelo, from the Baroque period; the Column of the Immaculate Conception, similar to that of Piazza di Spagna in Rome and located on the city Belvedere; Palazzo Remedi, an ancient building with some interesting sculptural reliefs.
The city features also a strategic position for those who love the sea: the beautiful beaches of Lerici are located just a few kilometres from the property.

- It is also possible to reach La Spezia by public transport: by train (Santo Stefano di Magra station is a 17-minute walk from the property) or by bus (SA bus, which reaches La Spezia station, stops 3 minutes away on foot from the property, at "Direzione Aulla Madonna di Ponzano" stop).
