The apartment is located a short distance from Milan-Linate Airport, the "Monzino Cardiology Center" and the "Milano-Forlanini" railway station: in 40 minutes by train you will be in the central Garibaldi district, famous for the fashionable Milanese nightlife! Sottocasa stops tram 27 which leads to Piazza Fontana, a stone's throw from the Duomo.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, moka coffee maker and access to the balcony;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in an area well served by public transport and full of services. Tram 27 stops right under the house, leading to the city centre, and 900 meters away is the M4 subway to Linate airport.

Getting around
- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 973 from "Segrate Linate airport M4", which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from the airport, and then get off at the "Piazza Ovidio" stop, just a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by different means of transport. However, the quickest and most comfortable solution is by taxi (68 km, about 50 minutes).

- From the Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M3 subway, just a 4-minute walk away, then you need to get off at the "San Donato" stop, where you can take the K511 bus to the "Milano M. Bruto/Ovidio" stop, just a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park for free on the street just outside the property (not guaranteed and not bookable).
