Wonderful apartment located on the second floor, of four in total, of a building.
In 153 square meters of space, with eight interior views, it remains quiet despite being in the city center.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people.

The apartment is an ideal solution for visiting the main points of interest in the city on foot or thanks to public transportation. The building is in ZTL, you can park, for a fee, at the Parliament Parking (7-minute walk).
The space
The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN: kitchenette with four gas burners, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, refrigerator, american coffee maker, mocha, electric kettle, and various cooking utensils.
- DINING ROOM: wooden table and six chairs, bookcases, sitting area with coffee table and two armchairs.
- LIVING ROOM: two leather two-seater sofas and one leather armchair, smart TV. One step to access it.

- BATHROOM 1: complete with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

- BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60x 1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and bookcase, armchair, air conditioner (penguin).
- SERVICE BATHROOM 2 (inside room 1): complete with toilet and sink.

- BEDROOM 2: double bed (1.80x1.90 m), single bed (0.80x1.90 m), desk and closet, air cooler (penguin).

- STUDY: desk with seat.
- WALK-IN CLOSET.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, and five portable fans.
Independent heating.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome historic center, a few steps away from the Pantheon. In few minutes on foot you can easily reach Piazza Navona while Piazza Venezia is 10 minutes away. The area is well connected and is the ideal starting point to visit the main points of interest in comfortably on foot or by public transportation.

Getting around
From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by Leonardo Express train. From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by regional train or by shuttle bus service. From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, at Parlamento Parking (7 minutes on foot)

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
