- KITCHEN CORNER: with fridge, hob, traditional oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1: with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2: equipped with a double bed and wardrobe
- BATHROOM: equipped with shower and bidet;
- TERRACE: furnished with table and chairs

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (3 splits - in the bedrooms and in the living room), TV, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer, assigned parking space in the condominium garage

The swimming pool belongs to the condominium and is open from 1/06 to 30/09. ATTENTION: the use of a cap for swimming in the pool is mandatory

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average air temperature should not exceed 20°C.

The shared swimming pool is open from 01/06 to 30/09

The tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. Tax amount € 1.50 for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person. Exemptions: residents of the Municipality of Lerici - minors up to the age of twelve.
