In a few steps you can reach Porta Palatina and the Royal Palace. The apartment consists of a mezzanine bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

- KITCHEN CORNER with electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, manual citrus juicer, moka.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
- LOFT BEDROOM with a queen bed

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: central heating with thermovalves, unlimited wifi, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
