Elegant and modern apartment ideal to accomodate up to 6 guests is located in the heart of the city, 4 minutes walk from the Turin Porta Nuova train station, airport buses and metro. All major tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Perfect starting point for exploring Turin!
The space
Apartment of approximately 63 m2 is located on the third floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled people).

The accommodation is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA: equipped with a queen sofa bed and a dining area.
KITCHEN CORNER with fridge, freezer, induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with pods, toaster and kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1: Equipped with a queen bed and coat rack.
BEDROOM 2: with a queen sofa bed and relaxation corner. BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
BALCONY

FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited free WiFi, TV, air conditioning system (in the living room and in the two bedrooms, there are vents on the wall that introduce the air from the air conditioners into the apartment), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, heating with heat pumps and hot water boiler.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment has an agreement with the MAGNO restaurant which is located on the ground floor, guests will have a discount voucher
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Please note that the keys are located in a drop-off point near the apartment. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
