Stylish 70 sqm apartment on two levels, pleasantly furnished and with refined wooden ceilings, able to accommodate 4 people, located on the 1st floor with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled) of a former luxury residence. The property is located in the Monti district (Traffic-Restricted Area), a few minutes on foot from great attractions such as the Roman Forum and the Colosseum.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom on the mezzanine and two bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:
-> LOWER LEVEL:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (stovetop with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, small dishwasher, combined microwave oven and kitchenware), dining table, smart TV, double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90m), sofa and coffee table;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and WC;

-> UPPER LEVEL (stairs to access it)
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60 x 1.90m), desk and walk-in closet;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), air conditioning (two splits), fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, small washing machine and two hair dryers.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are traveling with children under the age of 12, please pay attention to the presence of the staircase leading to the bedroom on the mezzanine.
The bedroom is not separated from the rest of the accommodation and overlooks the living room.

Our guests will have access to all the areas of the apartment .

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The apartment is located in the Monti district, one of the oldest and most characteristic areas of Rome. From the architectural point of view, the district is full of historic buildings that testify to the development of the city from Imperial Rome, through the Renaissance, up to the 1900s. The property is located in a strategic position, in an area full of services (bars, restaurants and supermarkets), a few minutes on foot from "Cavour" stop of the B line of the underground and a few steps from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach Rome Termini station thanks to the Leonardo Express service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the underground line B to “Cavour” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, from which it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the underground line B to "Cavour" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground line B to “Cavour” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located in the heart of the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area) and it is difficult to find parking nearby. For this reason, we recommend that you park (for a fee) at Via Urbana garage, in Via Urbana 172, open every day from 5:30 to 1:00, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
