The location of the house is within the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking is in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre.
It is located a few steps from the church of San Gregorio Magno.
The rooms are Harry Potter themed, for lovers of the fantasy genre.
Apartment located on the ground floor and first floor of a late 13th century building protected by the Institute of Fine Arts of Ferrara.

In 130 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 6 people.

Kitchen. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, moka pot, Espresso coffee machine (Illy with capsules), electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and various utensils.

SLEEPING AREA.
Bedroom I GRYFFINDOR. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, safety deposit box. AC split.
Bedroom II SLYTHERIN. Two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe. AC split.
Bedroom III RAVENCLAW with French double canopy bed, cot for newborns, sofa, armchair and A/C split.
Bathroom I. Bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink.
Bathroom II. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer.
Terrace. Outdoor furniture with table, four chairs and a sun lounger. Cover with awning.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split AC with heat pump, unlimited wifi, washing machine (located in the utility room), iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Coffee available for guests.
ATTENTION. Baby cot with sides and anti-suffocation pillow, high chair, mattress and changing table available for guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.
MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9 to "Giovecca Montebello" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre, just a few minutes on foot from the property.
The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
