Roomy and cozy apartment of about 100 square meters on two levels, with sea view, able to accommodate up to 7 people. The property, which boasts a small garden and a large veranda with table and sofa, is located in the Tre Fontane hamlet in the municipality of Campobello di Mazara, just 50 meters from the marvelous fine sandy beaches that characterize the area.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a balcony, two bathrooms, a veranda and a small garden.

The inside is organized as follows:

-> GROUND FLOOR:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses), dining table, single sofa bed and TV;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- EXTERNAL AREAS: veranda with dining table and sofa, small garden, two outdoor showers and barbecue.

-> FIRST FLOOR:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, desk and access to the BALCONY;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM II with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the three bedrooms), fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- If you are traveling with children, pay attention to the stairs to access the first floor;
- The living room with the single sofa bed is NOT equipped with split A/C.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality, equal to €1,50 per person per night, for the first 15 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 between 22:00 and 24:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The accommodation is located in Tre Fontane, a hamlet in the municipality of Campobello di Mazara. The area takes its name from some veins of water, which flow naturally into the sea. It is an enchanting seaside area for its sand and for the sea that reflects the clear sky and the water that is always clean and uncontaminated. The sandy seabed, devoid of stones, gently slopes towards the open sea, while the entire beach is made up of a beach that extends for about ten km until it joins, to the east, with the Triscina beach (Castelvetrano) and, to the west, with the Torretta Granitola beach.
Within about 1.5 km it is possible to find a supermarket, bars and a pharmacy.

Trapani Vincenzo Florio Airport is 60 km away (about 1 hour by car), while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 102 km away (about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car).

To be able to reach the structure and better visit the beauties of the area and of the entire region, we advise you to travel by car. It is possible to hire one at the airport.
