Charming studio apartment of about 20 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the raised ground floor (5 steps to access) of an ancient building in good condition. The apartment is located within Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, with the renowned "Mercato delle Cure" and the homonymous square.
The accommodation consists of a sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The studio apartment has a sleeping area with double bed, dining table, kitchenette (inside a closet, equipped with two electric hobs, small fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, microwave oven, kitchenware, wine glasses) and bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, heating, A/C split, TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 11:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The property is located inside Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, where it is possible to admire Porta San Gallo and Piazza delle Cure. In this square, every morning it is possible to find the colorful and typical market. Furthermore, the neighborhood is full of shops of all kinds, bars, cafes and restaurants. Not to forget the closeness to the Artemio Franchi stadium (just over 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot), interesting not only for football fans, but also for the concerts held there in summer, as well as the Mandela Forum where shows, concerts and musicals are held, just 5 minutes on foot from the Stadium.

The apartment is well connected to the centre, it is in fact possible to easily reach the Santa Maria Novella station thanks to various public transport lines. From here it is possible to easily visit all the main points of interest in the city by moving easily on foot or thanks to public transport.

- From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: Line T2 from the Airport to the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station where it is possible to take line 1 with the final stop "Madonna Della Querce", about 5 minutes away walk from the apartment.

- From Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to reach the property thanks to line 1 with the final stop "Madonna Della Querce", a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue lines) or, alternatively, at the Parterre garage in Via della Madonna della Tosse 9 (for a fee) which is about a 10-minute walk from the property.
