The accommodation is located in a very convenient position: outside the ZTL but at the same time a few steps from the historic centre, reachable on foot in five minutes, in an area equipped with all essential services. Lecce station is only 300 meters away. Possibility to book the apartment next door "Licia Apartment" for a total of 6 beds.

The 45 mq apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are a few steps to reach it) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, mini fridge, moka, electric kettle and microwave
- Bedroom with double bed, split A/C, TV and wardrobe
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- Little balcony.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
