This modern and spacious apartment of about 105 sqm is situated on the fourth floor of a period building with elevator (there are 5 sstairs to reach it), in the district of Santa Rita, which is located in a strategic position, is a quiet area, in which you will not be suffocated by traffic and at the same time not far from the city center. The neighborhood winds around the square built around the Sanctuary of Santa Rita, full of shops and ice cream parlors. An interesting local market every day in the morning and on Saturdays for the whole da is near the square. The city center is easily accessible by public transport available in the immediate vicinity.
LIVING ROOM: with dining area, relax corner with a queen sofa bed and TV
KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, electric kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with queen bed and large wardrobe.
SECOND BEDROOM: with two single beds and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: equipped with walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

Our guests will also have free WiFi, TV, washing machine and central heating.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The apartment has a very convenient location close to the city center, the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Olympic Stadium, the Pala Isozaki (Pala Alpitur), Lingotto and the two main railway stations: Porta Susa and Porta Nuova.
The accommodation is located in the Santa Rita area, near the Olympic Stadium, currently playing field of the Torino F.C. in addition to being the scene of important concerts during the summer, and the Pala Alpitour home to numerous musical events; both can be reached comfortably by walk.
In the neighborhood there are also shops of any kind and two large parks (Parco Rignon and Piazza d'Armi). In addition, the main city hospitals (Mauritian, Koelliker and City of Health) are also easily reachable.
Near the apartment there are several lines of public transport that will allow you to reach the city center (in 20 minutes) - tram line 10, bus lines 91, 5, 11, 12, 94, S05.

The apartment is 4 km away from PORTA SUSA station and 4 km away from PORTA NUOVA station.
To get there from the airport you can use the SADEM buses that leave every 25 minutes, price 12 euros, single fare 6.5 euros (surcharge of 1 euro if you have the ticket on board).
Parking is free in the neighbourhood.
It is possible to reach the Pala Alpitour, home to numerous concerts, by walk.
If you are traveling for work, you can quickly reach FCA and General Motors (around 10-15 minutes) by public transport.
In the immediate vicinity you will find 3 supermarkets, several shops and restaurants.
