Trullo Silente - Olive Groves Relax in Locorotondo

Evocative trullo with typical architecture and stone interiors, which in 145 sqm hosts 6 people in great comfort, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation is located in the Mancini district of Locorotondo, less than 10 minutes by car from the centre, ideal position to easily explore the surroundings by car. It also boasts every comfort in an almost unique location: immersed in a large olive grove which makes it very quiet, it is perfect for a green holiday in the name of tranquillity.

The 145 mq accommodation is located on the ground floor of a trulli complex and is made up as follows:

- KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka and traditional oven
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, chest of drawers and clothes stand
- 2 BATHROOMS both equipped with wc, bidet and shower.

In the large garden there is an uncovered patio equipped with umbrella, table and chairs.
ATTENTION: there is an external staircase that leads to the roof, be careful if traveling with small children.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED Starlink satellite WIFI, parking spaces in the garden, independent heating, two fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the fireplace in the living room is NOT functional.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

The flat is a five-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the large nineteenth-century pillars of the ancient Porta Napoli, where you can begin the path that will lead you to discover the wonders of the city: among the many, the seventeenth-century Palazzo Comunale, the sumptuous baroque Morelli Palace, the countless churches. Do not miss a visit to the Clock Tower, from whose panoramic terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole Itria Valley: a suggestive expanse of Trulli scattered around the districts, ancient farms surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean woodland spots that will enchant you. Do not miss a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous all over the world for its Trulli, and Martina Franca, enchanting with its maze of narrow streets lined with white houses.
