Stay in the heart of Marina di Carrara, a stone's throw from the sea, close to the unique beauty of the Cinque Terre, the art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta and 20 minutes from Versilia.
The space
The accommodation of about 52 square meters is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people) and is composed as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING AREA with relaxation corner and dining area;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and a wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with a bunk bed;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower;
- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, travel cot with pillow and pillow cover (NO cot linen), first aid kit, fire extinguisher, ceiling fans in the living area and in the two bedrooms.
Access to the communal roof terrace with sea view is available.
Possibility of finding parking on the street (NOT guaranteed)

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
