LIVING AREA: kitchenette with 2 induction burners, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine with pods and electric kettle, dining table and sofa, TV.
BEDROOM: double bed, mirror, wardrobe, desk. Mini-bar.
BATHROOM: window with shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: cot and high chair available on request, unlimited wifi, split A/C, safe and mosquito nets.
Available, ping pong table and relaxation area with porch shared with the other guests.
LAUNDRY ROOM: located on the first floor, SHARED with the guests of the other rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: For stays longer than 7 days will be carried out weekly cleaning with change of bed linen charged to the guest. The cost is equal to 50 Euros.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 3,50, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Vicenza Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros
